Services & Fees

Landmark Eventing has a strong emphasis on flatwork, gymnastics, and the rider's position to improve jumping performance.

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Dressage, show jumping and cross country lessons and training

  • Off-site schooling

  • Preparation for horse trials

  • Starting green horses over fences and on the flat

  • Evaluation of prospects for the discipline/sales

  • Coaching at events and shows

 

Lessons

  • Private Lesson on your horse: $70

  • Semi-Private/Group Lesson on your horse: $55

  • Lesson horses available upon request and availability

 

Training

  • Training Ride by Becky on your horse: $60

  • Custom Training Packages available - please inquire:

    • Customized to horse and rider needs, following evaluation by Becky

    • Billed at the end of month for convenience

    • Rates vary for training rides by working students under Becky’s supervision

 

Coaching

  • Cross Country Schooling on your horse: $55-$60+

    • Base rate within local radius, increase for fewer than 6 students

  • Coaching at Schooling Show: $50+

    • Base rate within local radius, increase for fewer than 6 students

  • Coaching at Recognized Show: $150+

    • Base rate, increase for fewer than 3 students, plus hotel expense split equally between clients

 

Haul-in Fees

For non-boarder use of Sergeant Ranch facility

  • One horse: $15/horse

 

Trailering

Trailering Fees are variable and charged based on mileage, plus gas.

Rate: $0.30-$0.50/mile

 

Boarding

Sergeant Ranch offers full-service boarding on 83 acres in a beautiful setting where the horses’ needs are the center of everything. Pricing starts at $800 per month. Availability is limited, so please inquire about openings.

Board amenities include, but are not limited to:

  • Large 14x14 box stall with fan

  • 2x daily feeding specific to individual horses’ needs (horse owner provides grain/supplements)

  • Daily winter and nightly summer turn-out (weather permitting)

  • Pastures maintained and safely fertilized

  • Fly predators used for fly control

  • Barn Manager and owner live on-site

  • Care customized to individual horse, including blanketing as needed

  • Large covered arena with lights, mirrors, and fans, watered and dragged daily

  • 10 acre jump field with dressage arena, show jump course, cross country portables, and marked conditioning track

  • Indoor wash rack/cross-ties

  • Tack room, barn office, kitchenette/laundry, & indoor bathroom with shower

  • Vet clinics within a 10 miles radius

  • Regular bimonthly vet and farrier visits

  • Free range chicken eggs!

 

Please Note: There are no rate adjustments for finishing early with good work. 24hr notice is required for schedule changes or cancellations.
